MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- Braun Racing on Tuesday announced Justin Marks will drive the No.10 Camry at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal. The race will mark the first career Nationwide Series start for Marks, who will share driving duties of the No.10 with Brian Vickers.
With his extensive road-course experience, Marks was the natural choice for the event in Montreal. With more than five years' experience racing sports cars in the SCCA World Challenge Series, the Rolex Sports Car Series, the American Le Mans Series and the KONI Challenge Series, Marks has earned several honors. He has finished in the top-10 in series driver point standings seven out of eight years.
In 2007, Marks made the move to stock-car racing, trying his hand at the ARCA RE/MAX series and the Craftsman Truck Series. He currently is running a full-time season in the Truck Series for Germain Racing, in the No.9 Tundra. In 12 starts, Marks has four top-10 starts, including one pole at Texas. He also has two top-10 finishes, one at the 2007 season finale at Homestead and the other at the 2008 season opener at Daytona.
